How to get Sony credit card reward points honored ?
I have 44,387 points saved up from my Sony -Chase credit card. It is posted on the rewards site. I tried to buy a camera today for 42,999 points and was told at check out that I do not have enough points. When we called the two numbers for customer service, we were told that 7,000 points expired TWO DAYS ago. ! No one would budge. There were no cards or e-mails sent to us with this information.
I have never exploited my health before, I am a woman of grace, However,I am a two time breast cancer survivor who recieved a third strike notice Dec. 27. We have other things on our minds recently than the holidays or our SONY points. This was explained and we offered to verify the info as well, but the two day concession would not be honored.
Sony sells pink items to “show ” their support of Breast Cancer, but when it comes to showing a small amount of leeway (two days) we discover that there is no human element involved. We will buy a good digital camera, but not a SONY brand. HELP
My prayers are with you. Get one of the managers at Chase and give them an earful. I bet you get action. Remember, demand a manager and keep asking for their boss until you get someone in power. Tell them you are going to the local news station.
