Ask a question about the relationship between soy intake and breast cancer …?

I read that recently has been hypothesized that intake of soy foods and drinks can actually increase the risk of breast cancer. Now if this is true, then why I also read that in Asian countries like Japan and China, where soy can make a significant part of their diet, the incidence of breast cancer are lower than other countries like the U.S.? Being a vegetarian, this is something that worries me. Thanks in advance. Sincerely, Re-L Cherie.

People also eat protein in Asia .. In general, not just vegetarians and eat only soy for protein. They also eat much fish, and believe it or not, chicken and beef. Do not eat the shit we do here in America. The reason is related to soy breast cancer is that soy is an estrogen and mimmicker mainly to its time in the estrogen in our bodies. Estrogen, or too much of it causes cells to mutate into our chests. Women with PCOS are urged not to eat anything because I'm the excess estrogen becomes testosterone (which women with PCOS and has too) and make PCOS symptoms worse. It is also why women are urged not to take the pill for a long time because it can cause abnormalities in the breast.
