Breast Cancer Screening Ultrasound
im 21 and felt a lump in my left breast 2 days ago – my doctor said to go back after I have my menstral?
cycle – but it worries me – No family history of breast cancer or cancer throughout …… I called a screen for breast or ultrasound and they said they need a referral from my doctor. Should I go back as soon as possible and see another doctor and get a refferral before my cycle or just wait ……. I do not want to wait as I do not know your upsettting people ……. I have said it may be hormines, swollen glands or tissue build ….
This is entirely appropriate for a young woman with a breast lump that wait through a full menstrual cycle before performing any work or to study over the dough. The reason is this …. Most women breast cysts during their menstrual cycle due to fluctuations in hormone levels. The cysts are completely benign (not cancerous, do not become cancer), and most disappear after your period. It is not appropriate to any study of that package, until you get your period and not get smaller or disappear altogether. We would lose much time and energy if we work for every breast lump that every young person has, as a small waiting time, have been most of the lumps. I bet that another doctor did not order a test until after your period. I know waiting is hard and is causing a great deal of stress. I encourage you to relax, as worrying could delay your period!
